Beginners Guide: Air Canada Passes Mozilad’s Flight Plan In late June, we received a request from SALT International for their Air Canada Pass for the coming summer, with the goal of flying the US to the Greater Des Moines and Des Moines Red Carpet on June 26th. Before we get started on what this means for us as a traveler, let’s just say this is the first time we have flown the US to the place we arrived at: the Des Moines Red Carpet! As we traveled all across Iowa this summer, it hit us that this airport (along with several other smaller airports in the vicinity) makes for a great stop for travelers trying to get to the Des Moines and Des Moines Red Carpet. The Des Moines Red Carpet is less than five miles back on the river from Tana Cushing (i.e., the eastern end of the state), so the airport is a perfect place to head south for some more flying.
